Job summary

Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services across Pitsea, Wickford in Essex. You will oversee service delivery, lead and develop teams of Support Workers, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

You will ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards and drive service development and continuous improvement to help individuals live as independently as possible in a

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supporting service development and continuous improvement.

Salary: £31,000 per annum+ Excellent added benefits

Career Makers is working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services across Pitsea, Wickford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to join a growing team, overseeing service delivery and supporting staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing staff and ensuring individuals receive the support they need to live as independently as possible.
