Job summary

Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services across Wirral and Ellesmere Port. You will oversee service delivery, lead staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, previous health and social care experience, and a valid UK driving licence. Salary £36,000 per year plus benefits; sponsorship is not provided.

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supporting service development and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing staff and ensuring individuals receive the support they need to live as independently as possible.
