Career Makers is recruiting a Team Manager for supported living services in Pitsea/Wickford. You will oversee service delivery, supervise teams of Support Workers, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care with a focus on independence for individuals.

You will drive staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and support service development through continuous improvement initiatives.

Position: Team Manager – Supported Living

Location: Pitsea, Wickford - Essex

Salary: £31,000 per annum+ Excellent added benefits

Hours: Full time

Career Makers is working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services across Pitsea, Wickford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to join a growing team, overseeing service delivery and supporting staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing staff and ensuring individuals receive the support they need to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities as a Team Manager:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supporting service development and continuous improvement.

Requirements as a Team Manager:

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
