Job summary

Career Makers Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services in Ellesmere Port.

You will oversee service delivery, lead and develop teams of Support Workers, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role requires a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, health/social care experience, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experiencewithin a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supporting service development and continuous improvement.

Education

Position: Team Manager – Supported Living. Location: Ellesmere Port. Salary: £38,000 per annum+ Excellent added benefits. Hours: Full time.
