Job summary

Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services in Stoke-on-Trent. You will oversee day-to-day management, lead and develop teams of Support Workers, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with varying needs.

The role is full-time in Stoke-on-Trent with excellent benefits and opportunities for progression. A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and a valid UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Lead, supervise and develop teams of Support Workers.
• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Support service development and continuous improvement.
