What you will do
  • Lead and manage a social care team to ensure children, young people, and families receive timely and high-quality assessments, support, and interventions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager/Head of Service to develop and deliver services for vulnerable children and their families, aiming to protect them from significant harm.
  • Monitor and manage the team’s budget, ensuring the efficient allocation and use of resources.
  • Ensure that all relevant County policies and procedures are followed, and any concerns are raised in accordance with these guidelines.
  • Work from the office in Kidlington three days a week, with the option to claim for business mileage.
