Oversee assessments, plans, and interventions for children subject to Child Protection, Child in Need, or legal proceedings.
Chair complex case discussions and participate in multi-agency safeguarding processes.
Maintain compliance with legislation and drive a culture of professional curiosity.
Quality assure assessments, reports, and plans, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
Build effective partnerships to strengthen multi-agency safeguarding practice.
Make timely and informed management decisions to promote children’s safety and well-being.
