Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with extensive post-qualifying training.
• Experience managing and delivering professional supervision.
• Demonstrated commitment to relationship and strengths-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team for the best interests of children and young people.
• Supervise Assistant Team Manager, Senior Practitioner, and Family Support Workers.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary professionals in SEND.

Education
