We are looking for a confident, organised and values-driven Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our group of supported living services in Tewkesbury, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will lead a dedicated staff team, work closely with families and external professionals, drive high standards and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support.
As Team Manager, you will take ownership of the safe, effective and person-centred running of your allocated service or services. You will provide visible leadership, support staff to perform at their best and ensure that people receive consistent, high-quality support based on their individual needs, choices and aspirations.
This is primarily a management and leadership position. You may occasionally provide direct support where operationally necessary, but your main focus will be maintaining effective oversight and continuously improving the service.
