Trusted Hands Care Group seeks an experienced Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in managing our Dudley locations. You will help ensure high-quality, person-centred support and oversee daily operations.

The role requires leading and developing staff, managing budgets, and participating in on-call duties, with liaison to MDTs, professionals, families, and stakeholders to coordinate care.

Formación

• NVQ / QCF level4 in social care or equivalent must be held.
• Experience with budget and resource management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff teams.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Liaise with MDTs, external professionals, families and other stakeholders with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day management across Dudley locations.
• Ensure visibility and oversight while promoting person-centred support.
• Lead and develop staff teams to meet service standards.
• Be part of the on-call system and respond as needed.
• Collaborate with MDTs and external professionals to coordinate care.

living service and looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support the

Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service across our Dudley

locations.

• Supportwith the operational management and quality of each location,

• A working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014·
• Budget and resource management experience.
• Leading and developing staff teams.
• Be a part of the on-call system.
• Liaison and collaborative working with MDT's , external professionals,
• families and other stakeholders.
