Mary Rush Care is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and support our Supported Living services across multiple locations in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example, guide support teams and work closely with Service Managers to maintain quality and person-centred outcomes.

The role requires leadership experience in Supported Living or related care sectors, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate staff and rotas across sites while upholding

• Previous experience within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health or Social Care services.
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring staff.

Are you an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Team Leader to oversee and support our Supported Living services across multiple locations. About The Role

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of support are delivered across several supported living services. You will lead by example, provide guidance to support teams, and work closely with Service Managers to maintain quality, compliance and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day support across multiple supported living services
• Supervise, mentor and develop Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
• Promote a positive, person-centred culture throughout the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health or Social Care services
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring staff
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and support
• Ability to work across multiple locations and manage competing priorities
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
