Chef & Brewer in the UK is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring high standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience in our country-style pubs. You will lead by example, deputise when needed, and keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.

Role requires ensuring the bar is safe, legal and welcoming for all guests with strong English communication and a positive, can-do attitude. On-site pub work with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, with issues dealt with quickly.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
