Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, making sure the shift runs like clockwork. You’ll ensure the team has everything it needs, uphold high standards, and keep our customers happy with memorable service in a warm, welcoming setting.

As a Team Leader you’ll deputise for the management team, help organise and coordinate the staff during busy periods, ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, and model outstanding service so every guest feels valued.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
