Overview

Band 7 Team Leader (Private Patients) - This is a secondment/fixed-term opportunity for 6 Months*

  • The Trust has re-affirmed its commitment to developing commercial opportunities across Private Patient services and is seeking an enthusiastic, engaged manager to help drive improvement.

The next six months are a crucial period for the Private Patient team, and we are seeking an ambitious, driven candidate who is looking to make a high impact and deliver tangible improvement.

The post holder will work autonomously and be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Private Patients department, whilst supporting the Trust to develop and embed its vision and strategy for the design and delivery of professional, effective and safe healthcare services to Private Patients, that meet its objectives for the future.

  • Work with key stakeholders to maximise revenue, including improving existing processes and exploring new opportunities to expand the private patient business.
