Your Education Supply Ltd in the Nottingham NG9 area is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Deputy Manager to steer a permanent care team. You’ll supervise shifts, lead staff training, and ensure high standards of safety and quality of care across complex cases.

The role blends direct care with leadership responsibilities, including incident management, safeguarding and pathway progression toward Service Manager roles. A permanent contract offers stability and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in complex care settings.
• Ability to oversee shifts, staff supervision and incident responses.
• Experience with safeguarding, risk assessment and DoLS processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead staff during shifts and coordinate deployment to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Ensure adherence to care plans, PBS strategies and behavioural risk assessments.
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, independence and least restrictive practice.

A Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent

DMI / Dynamis trained
