We Are Care in Nottingham is seeking a Team Leader for a residential service for adults with complex needs. This temp-to-perm role is 37.5 hours per week and operates on a rota including weekends and evenings.

The post offers fair pay and a workplace pension where eligible, with a pathway to a permanent contract on site. You will lead shifts, supervise support workers, oversee care plans, carry out risk assessments, manage medications and maintain records.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the residential service.
• Guide the support workers on shift, with supervisions and deputising for the manager when needed.
• Manage care plans, risk assessments, medication and record keeping.
