Job summary

We Are Care in Nottingham is seeking a Team Leader for a residential service for adults with complex needs. This temp-to-perm role is 37.5 hours per week and operates on a rota including weekends and evenings.

The post offers fair pay and a workplace pension where eligible, with a pathway to a permanent contract on site. You will lead shifts, supervise support workers, oversee care plans, carry out risk assessments, manage medications and maintain records.

Job description

A temp to perm Team Leader role in a residential service for adults with complex needs in Nottingham (NG5), 37.5 hours a week. You start on shifts through We Are Care, with the chance to move onto a permanent contract with the service.

What you'll do: lead shifts and support the day to day running of the service; guide the support workers on shift, with supervisions and deputising for the manager when needed; care plans, risk assessments, medication and record keeping.

37.5 hours a week, any 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends and evenings. Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.
