Job summary

Your Education Supply Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Team Leader / Deputy Manager to join a permanent care team. You will lead staff across shifts in services with 3:1 to 5:1 staffing, ensuring care plans and PBS strategies are followed, while driving safeguarding and least-restrictive practice.

This leadership role includes progression towards Service Manager and Registered Manager, funded NVQ development, and a clear pathway within a stable, non-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in complex, high-acuity care environments.
• Ability to lead shifts and coordinate staff deployment.
• Capable of overseeing risk assessments and safeguarding practices.
