We Are Care is recruiting a Team Leader in a residential service for adults with complex needs in Nottingham (NG5). This temp-to-perm role is 37.5 hours per week, with shifts across a rota including weekends and evenings.

You will start on shift with We Are Care, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract on site. You will lead shifts, support day-to-day operations, supervise staff, deputise for the manager, and manage care plans, risk assessments and records, including medication.

• Experience leading shifts in residential care.

• Experience with care plans and risk assessments.

A temp to perm Team Leader role in a residential service for adults with complex needs in Nottingham (NG5), 37.5 hours a week. You start on shifts through We Are Care, with the chance to move onto a permanent contract with the service.

What you'll do: lead shifts and support the day to day running of the service; guide the support workers on shift, with supervisions and deputising for the manager when needed; care plans, risk assessments, medication and record keeping.

37.5 hours a week, any 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends and evenings. Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.
