Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC in Tamworth is seeking a Team Leader to manage Power & Fuel administration and support the Energy Solutions team. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you will coordinate requests, organise transport for deliveries and collections, and mentor colleagues to improve service delivery.

You will monitor SLA and KPI performance, identify up-sell opportunities, and ensure documents are stored per procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office packages and standard office software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of integrity with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in the hire industry or similar customer service/operational role.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for administration tasks across Power & Fuel and handle collection/contract termination requests.
• Ensure queries are answered timely and accurately with full information.
• Coordinate transport with depot locations for deliveries and collections to maximise sales.
• Assist with day-to-day running of the Energy Solutions team and communicate with depots.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Support, coach and mentor colleagues in the Energy Solutions team.
• Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and develop implementation plans.
• Organise and store documents in line with system processes.
