Greenergy seeks a confident, practical leader to run the night fuel logistics operation in Tamworth. You’ll support two night teams, delivering operational plans, responding to disruption and maintaining safety, service and performance.

You’ll also work with the day team to improve handovers and communication across shifts. The role is not a permanent night shift; you’ll work five days out of seven with flexible hours around the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced transport or logistics.
• Strong people-management and coaching skills.
• Flexible with hours; five days out of seven, with cross-shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Manage handovers to day team and maintain clear priorities.
