Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate the team during busy periods, ensure safety and cleanliness of the bar, and deliver warm, memorable service with attention to allergen controls. You will role model great service and resolve issues promptly, contributing to an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team on a busy shift.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
• Knowledge of basic health, safety and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts; keep operations smooth.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean, and issues are dealt with quickly.
