You’ll lead by example, deputise for management, and coordinate the team during busy periods, while keeping the bar safe, legal and clean. This role focuses on service excellence and efficient operations.

You’ll bring a strong customer focus, team leadership and the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes, maintaining allergen controls and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications
