Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure excellent service, and keep the operation running smoothly. You will lead by example, support teammates, and ensure customers leave happy.

You will deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, and maintain safety and cleanliness while ensuring legal compliance. Join a community-focused pub group with rewarding benefits and development opportunities.

Formación

• Leadership and frontline supervision experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service ethos with focus on memorable experiences.
• Ability to coordinate and support a busy shift and resolve issues.
• Understanding of health & safety standards and responsible service.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English to perform the role and allergen controls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
