Job summary

LRL are recruiting for Team Leaders/Deputy Managers to lead a care team providing high-acuity support to individuals with complex behavioural needs in 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 settings in Yorkshire.

You will oversee care plans, PBS plans, risk assessments and DoLS, combining shift leadership with staff supervision, quality assurance and incident management to promote safeguarding and least restrictive practice across the service.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in complex care, learning disability, autism, mental health or high-risk behavioural services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the staff team during shifts and ensure appropriate allocation and deployment within enhanced staffing arrangements.
