Job summary

Bread&Truffle in London is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support the daily running of the store. You will lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure exceptional service during busy service periods.

This role rewards leadership, a passion for Italian cuisine, and a collaborative, energetic work environment with opportunities for growth within the company. You will uphold high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer experience, handling queries and stock management as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisor or senior team member role (hospitality or retail).

• Flexible availability, including weekends.
