Job summary

Berberè Pizzeria - Clapham is seeking a fantastic Store Manager to join our busy London location. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional guest experience, and ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety across front and back of house.

You will coordinate service and kitchen production, help build a motivated team, support training, and manage daily operations while maintaining our values of great sourdough pizza and seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food, service, and team development.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, following the Area Manager’s guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of quality (product, service, environment), hygiene, and safety.
• Help coordinate service, kitchen production, reservations, and walk-ins to maximize customer flow.
• Assist in building and maintaining a positive, motivated team across kitchen and front of house.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure company procedures, reporting, and operational standards are followed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily store operations.
• Help manage routine maintenance and ensure the store is always in excellent condition.

We are looking to hire a fantastic STORE MANAGER!

You will need to:
