Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the bar team and ensure operations run smoothly on shift, delivering outstanding guest experiences with a focus on safety and quality. You’ll deputise for management, coordinate staff during busy periods, and uphold high standards of service and compliance.

You’ll lead by example, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and respond quickly to issues, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and safety is preserved on shifts with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail; ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Provide memorable customer experiences with warmth and consistency.
• Think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.
• Be a positive team player and lead by example.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform duties and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
