Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Wetherby Services on the A1/M Junction 46 is hiring a Supervisor to lead shifts, support the Store Manager and help keep the unit running smoothly each day.

You’ll be an enthusiastic brand ambassador for Greggs, delivering great service and ensuring food safety and health and safety standards are always met while creating a positive, high-energy customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered
• Maintain outstanding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times
