Greggs PLC in Haverfordwest is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t on duty and to drive a culture of exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll motivate the team, act as a role model, prepare products including sandwiches, manage ovens, keep displays fully stocked and ensure the shop stays clean and welcoming.

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience supervising teams during shifts.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver great results and uphold shop standards.
• Lead by example, serving customers quickly and politely.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Keep displays stocked and shop tidy at all times.
• Ensure smooth operation when the Store Manager isn’t present.
