Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Thatcham is seeking a Supervisory leader to support the Store Manager, lead shifts and keep the unit running smoothly at Chieveley Services.

The role offers £28,850 per annum, 40 hours per week, with an annual bonus up to £3,445 and extensive development opportunities within the group.

As a brand ambassador for Greggs, you will ensure food safety, customer service excellence and a positive, high-energy team culture across busy trading periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered
• Maintain outstanding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times
• Monitor performance through key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement
