This role also includes team briefings, training, and effective cost control. Candidates should excel in teamwork and have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance at all times.
• Organise deliveries, check delivery notes, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with front of house tasks like clearing tables, working on tills, and serving food and drink.
• Carry out daily team briefings.
• Assist in team development by providing training and up-skilling.
• Support management with effective cost control, including labour targets.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times.
• To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.

• Carry out daily team briefings.
• Assist with the development of the team, providing training and up-skilling where possible.
• Support management with effective cost control, inclusive of labour targets.
