Job summary

Benugo Limited in London is seeking an experienced front of house supervisor to lead operations across a designated area, ensuring service standards are maintained and guest experiences are exceptional.

You will manage front of house duties, take ownership, brief and develop the team, and collaborate with colleagues while rotating around as needed to cover shifts.

• Ensure customer experience is maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure food safety, health and safety and compliance is followed at all times.
• To take control and ownership of a specific area of the front of house, with the flexibility to rotate around as needed.
• Assist with all front of house duties, and lead from the front.
• Carry out team briefings and be able to answer any team queries.
• Assist with the development of the team.
