Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to help our clients live happy, purposeful lives in our community settings. You will assist with daily tasks, accompany residents on social visits, and contribute to accurate record-keeping while working closely with colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with daily tasks using provided training.
• Support day-to-day life, social visits, and local outings.
• Keep records up to date for each resident.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and external organisations.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
