Job summary

Liaise is seeking caring Support Workers or Care Assistants to enable residents to lead happy, purposeful lives. You will receive full training and support, with opportunities to engage in social visits and local outings while maintaining up-to-date records and safeguarding responsibly.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, basic care understanding, and a willingness to work with vulnerable people in a supportive home environment.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Role Requirements

Male Candidates required due to the people we support provisions

Full UK Driving license desired

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
