Gourmet Burger Kitchen Ltd at Belsize Park is hiring a Front of House Team Leader to guide a busy dining room, mentor colleagues, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive service.

You’ll lead shifts, manage bookings and table service, step in when the Restaurant Manager is away, and uphold GBK standards for safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Lead by Example: Motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
• Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.
