• Prep & Cook: Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for cooking.
• Support the Grill: Help our grill chefs by preparing ingredients, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean, organised, and safe by following food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels, ensuring we’re always ready for service.
• Quality Assurance: Help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
