Job summary

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) at Belsize Park is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to inspire a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead by example, manage bookings and table service, support the Restaurant Manager in their absence, and help train staff to uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards.

• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
• Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.
