Job summary

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide our busy dining room and support restaurant operations. You will lead by example, deliver warm hospitality, and ensure guests leave with a smile.

Join BRG's hospitality family and help manage bookings, table service, and busy service periods while training staff to maintain GBK's high standards and guest experience.

• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
• Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.
