Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is seeking a Front of House Team Leader for GBK in Oxford to lead a busy service and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will motivate staff, manage bookings, oversee table service, and step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed, while upholding BRG standards.

• Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK's high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.
