The role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts to enhance performance, and support the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing shifts and planning to ensure proper coverage
• Understanding labour management and restaurant finances
• Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
