The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve excellence while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team training.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the head chef on recruitment and development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, able to make quick, effective decisions.
