Team Development Supervisor | Full Time

As a Team Development Supervisor, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts, and drive individual and restaurant performance.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labour, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
