The role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Supports and trains team members to excel and maintains high standards
• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches team members on the go
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
