Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to perform at their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Are dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards and your team is equipped with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Are experienced in maintaining high standards of food safety, health and safety, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.

  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health and safety, and managing kitchen finances including GP and stock control.
