Team Assistant - Private Equity

Salary: Starting from £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple diaries and coordinate travel arrangements across Europe and the UK, often with last-minute changes.
2. Support a team of 6-10 professionals, including at the Partner level.
3. Collaborate with the Support Services team, including an Office Manager and Receptionist.
4. Provide coverage for team members during holidays and breaks, fostering a supportive team environment.
5. Deliver high-quality, attentive support, managing personalities and multitasking effectively.
