We are recruiting a motivated and proactive French speaking Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic international finance team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a cooperative and easy-to-work-with attitude.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in finance (2+ years) to provide first-class administrative and secretarial support to this inspiring team.

Key skills:
  • Fluency in French
  • IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to prioritize and complete tasks autonomously
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Diary management: managing several busy diaries across multiple time zones
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Travel coordination
  • Expense reports
  • Translation of documents (ENG/FR)
  • CRM tool management
  • Meeting and events organisation

Working hours: 9am-5:30pm - generous bonus + medical + life insurance + good pension
