Supporting senior executives and wider teams across the UK and Europe, you will provide high-quality EA and administrative support, often managing changing priorities and stepping across different teams as business needs require.
Responsibilities will include:
You will have at least twoyears’ experience within an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally gained within financial services, asset management, investment management, professional services or another fast-paced global corporate environment.
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
You will be confident, proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between competing priorities. You should be comfortable supporting demanding senior stakeholders, using your own judgement and taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.
Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, alongside experience managing complex diaries, international travel and expenses. CRM experience would also be advantageous.
