The Role:

There is also an opportunity to enrol on an apprenticeship programme, although this is optional and not a requirement.

Responsibilities of the Team Assistant:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to colleagues, including document preparation and file management.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and seminars, including preparation of materials.
  • Carry out routine office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, printing, and post handling.
  • Support reception duties and undertake training as a first aider and fire warden.
