A leading Real Estate - Infrastructure organisation in London seeks an experienced Team Administrator for a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role involves diverse tasks including diary management, event organisation, and submission coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience within a construction or professional services environment.

Our client in the heart of the city of London are a global Real Estate - Infrastructure organisation who are looking for a Team Administrator to support the Real Estate team.
Please note: This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
The role will be a busy and varied position. Your duties will include:
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience in dealing with diary management be proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and have the ability to work to deadlines and have a can-do attitude and enjoy supporting a team.
Ideally you will have gained similar experience in a construction or professional services environment, experience working with bids and events would be an advantage.
The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum.
This is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the office based close to St Pauls.
